Cross Street runs under Prangin Mall in the heart of George Town.

Cross Street is a one-way road that cuts through the George Town city centre. It links Prangin Road to the north with Magazine Road to the south, intersecting with Tek Soon Street and passing under Prangin Mall, as well as along 1st. Avenue Mall.

As Cross Street runs along major retail establishments right in the heart of George Town, it experiences heavy traffic during peak hours.
